1. Data Controller
MIORI Gocek, located in Dalaman, Muğla, Turkey, is the Data Controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). All questions and requests regarding personal data processing should be directed to us.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Identity Data: Name, surname, date of birth

• Reservation Data: Booking details, payment and billing information

• Request the restriction of processing

• Object to processing based on legitimate interests

• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

• Lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (KDPU)
